CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of an Order may be requested within 15 days from the date of signing the Purchase Proposal on the Site, if the delivery has not already been made and/or the Courier has not already picked up the purchased Products. Orders whose Status is marked as "Awaiting Confirmation" and "Confirmed" are cancelable.
If the Order Status is "Shipped" it is no longer within our power to recall it. You may possibly have recourse to the Satisfied or Refunded Guarantee and return the item to us. In this case we recommend that you do not open or damage the packaging in any way, read the conditions and follow the instructions for returning the product.
NEVER REFUSE DELIVERY. This would be a case of making your rights worse. Instead, contact Customer Service, we will do everything we can to address the problem and try to resolve it to the proper satisfaction of all concerned.
Cancellation must be requested by e-mail to info@sharlenecalzature.it, using the same mailbox used when signing the Purchase Proposal on the Site. The Order number and the date the Order was signed must also be indicated, and easily identifiable. We will respond by informing you whether and under what terms it is possible to cancel the Order.
The refund of any amount paid by you will be returned to you within 10 business days from the date of acceptance of the Order Cancellation Request. You will be asked to provide, if necessary, the details of a Bank Account to which you will make the Return Transfer. If payment was made through Paypal, we may make the return using their transaction reversal system or, if owned, by crediting the amounts back to your Paypal Account. Returning cash and/or using other systems not mentioned above are excluded in all cases.
Sharlenecalzature.co.uk is constantly striving for the satisfaction of its Customers. Even if your Order does not meet the required parameters for cancellation, please contact Customer Service. We will do everything possible to address the problem and try to resolve it to the proper satisfaction of all concerned.
