FAQS (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)
It is not necessary to register to place an order. But it is completely free, and you can:
Place an order with just a few clicks (without filling in your details every time)
- Check the status of your order and history as often as you like
- Keep items in your CART so you don't have to select them again next time
It's that simple! Once you have decided what to buy, select the size and height of the heel/boot and click on "BUY" to add the products to your shopping cart.
On the "SHOPPING CART" page you will find the order summary with the list of items you have selected and the total amount. At this point, if you have changed your mind or there is something you would like to add, you can still do so. Click on 'X' to delete an item from your basket.
To continue and complete your order, click on "CONCLUDE ORDER". On the Checkout page you can enter your personal data and choose your preferred payment method to finalise your order. Then you can conclude and finalise your order by clicking on "ACT ORDER".

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been sent.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
ATTENTION: The product is created after your order, according to your requests. This is why it takes 2/3 working days for the product to be created + 1/2 days for the courier to deliver it.
It is thanks to this process that we are able to make any customised modifications, aimed at providing you with a unique handmade shoe.
It is not possible to indicate the delivery time or day. The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday, during office hours. We advise you to choose an address where you can be reached easily.
As soon as the courier picks up your parcel, you will receive an email + text message on the mobile phone indicated, with the tracking code and expected delivery date. Please note that orders are normally dispatched within 48 working hours. In the event of public holidays, processing and shipping times may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you have chosen to pay cash on delivery, you must have the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the order amount will already be fully paid.
