ATTENTION: The product is created after your order, according to your requests. This is why it takes 2/3 working days for the product to be created + 1/2 days for the courier to deliver it.
It is thanks to this process that we are able to make any personalised modifications, aimed at providing you with a unique handmade shoe. Our products are shipped by Express Courier; the goods are usually delivered within 36/48 hours from the acknowledgement of the payment and from the execution of the order. Islands (Sicily and Sardinia) 72 hours.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
2 (two) delivery attempts; the second delivery attempt is made automatically on the next working day after the failed delivery in case of an absent recipient.
Management of non-deliveries Recipient absent:
In the event of non-delivery at the first attempt due to the recipient being absent, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the courier will leave a new notice with the details of the Bartolini branch where the consignment will be stored. The recipient can collect the shipment at the Bartolini branch (within 2 days).
Cash on delivery payments:
The recipient shall pay the Courier the exact amount in cash, equivalent to the total amount due for the purchase of the products ordered, including shipping costs. The Courier may not accept forms of payment other than cash or give change.
